Tell us your dates. We'll draw the days.

Writing to us is the booking. There is no checkout on this site, no account to create and no card to enter. You send a message, a person in Fez reads it, and you get a straight answer with a price.

The more you tell us in the first message, the less back-and-forth there is. Useful things to include: your dates, how many of you there are, the name of your riad or hotel, roughly what you would like to do, and anything we should plan around — slow walkers, a buggy, knees that do not love stairs, a nut allergy, a vegetarian in the group, children who need car seats, or a flight that lands late.

You will normally hear back the same day, usually within a few hours. The reply tells you whether your dates are free, the full price for your group in writing, whether that price is per person or per vehicle, what it covers and what it does not, and a suggested shape for the day. If we think a different day or a different experience suits you better, we will say so rather than sell you the one you happened to click on.

Nothing is charged online. You confirm by message, you pay your guide or driver on the day, and you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start. We answer in English, French and Arabic, and WhatsApp is the fastest of the three channels below.

Already in Fez and want something for tomorrow morning? Message us anyway. Short notice is normal here and we can often still find a guide, especially for medina walks and cooking days.
